John Easton has represented me on many criminal cases over many years. Some cases were very complicated, and other cases were less complicated. One involved a full trial, in which John’s trial skills resulted in a very successful outcome. Another involved a complicated multi-party joint restitution where John was able to work out a very reasonable settlement for me. In every situation, John was able to work things out much better than I had hoped. He has the perfect personality for a criminal defense attorney, and he has a good relationship with everyone in the system. I have always had complete confidence that I was approaching each situation with the best preparation and representation. I had a difficult case that John Easton resolved with glorious results. Confetti fell from the courtroom ceiling, a thousand white doves were released, and a double rainbow appeared across all of Salt Lake by the time the judge, who did some sweet robot dance moves in honor of John's and my penultimate victory, slammed the gavel down, as if ushering in a new era where all injustices of the world were forever torn asunder. I will honestly never hire another lawyer besides John Easton. He is very professional and thorough. He helped us with a case out of Bountiful and another out of American Fork. I was pleasantly surprised to watch him work his magic in the courtroom. Both judges and prosecutors know John well and genuinly like him. John is very honest and fair! Will is a complete tool. Probably one of the worst lawyers on the planet. Never responds to emails or phone calls, never returns emails or phone calls, fails to follow client's instructions, fails to submit documents to the court at all or does so late resulting in a dismissal, over bills, drags cases out, and is an epic failure and selfish jerk about making and keeping appointments. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. He will make your life far worse. Not professional in the least. My dog is better behaved than him.
