Resident from Las Vegas. I was flying through Utah and got clocked at 93 in a 75 by a Sheriff. I did not want it on my record so I called Jacob Gunter. Paid a small fee and he took care of it! He was a very honest man.

Wish I could give less. Must have paid for all the good reviews cuz if u look hard enough u will see all the people that he did this same thing to. Jake gunther promised me that he could take care of my case and that soon as I sent him money he would instantly get my license reinstated and he would take care of everything I didn't need to worry. So I text him a week later after I sent the money and asked him if my license was going to be good and not get taken anymore since I had only 1 day left until it was suppose to be taken. He texted me back saying yes you license is good to go. Then literally 2 minutes later he calls me and says I would never promise that to you these things take time and you will have to contact them on your own. Completely opposite of what he had said the week before even 2 minutes before that he told me otherwise. Then he gets mad and says if u want a refund I'll send ur money back, even tho I wasn't being rude or even angry with him was just simply confused still at this point then he says I'm late for a meeting and hangs up on me. The next day I get a email saying he has dropped out of my case and that I will receive a partial refund . All he did was waste all the time I had left to defend myself and then charged me 150$ for it still and I never once asked him to resign from my case. What a joke

Jacob gunter does exactly what he says and was able to get me a great outcome. I am so happy I decided to go with Mr. Gunter as my attorney, he made the whole situation stress free and I would highly recommend Mr. Gubter to anybody who is stressing about legal problems. Outgunned and outspent, Ernest single-handedly WON BOTH my cases over nearly 3 years against the opposing team of four lawyers. Victory and success speak volumes.

I have a very complicated parental alienation case that has been ongoing for several years with little progress in seeing my child. I have spoken with many attorneys over the course of the case but never really felt heard. Many people had the attitude that this was just the way of things for fathers in UT or conversely promised grandiose results with little delivery. More recently, I met Wendy Vawdrey, an associate attorney with Howard Lewis & Petersen. After speaking with her on the phone I could feel that she genuinely cared about what was happening to my son and I. I retained Wendy's services and we began to work on the case. Working with the opposition proved quite challenging; There were numerous tricks and devious attempts to thwart justice and undermine our goals. Wendy remained calm throughout and exhibited great integrity when others did not. Wendy spent a great deal of time talking with me and gave a level of attention to my case that is not typical in my experience. She was always available to hear my concerns and assisted me in the things I needed to do to support the case. As a result of her skill and perseverance, I will be reunited with my son in a just a few days from now, amazing. Wendy is passionate about her work, is a fierce advocate, and a good friend; I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of representation and will continue to work with her on future matters. Through some unfortunate events which led to flight cancellations during the Christmas Holiday my family and I decided to drive to a different city to catch a flight on which we found seats available, I was driving fast, and was caught speeding by a State Trooper.
