Susanne Gustin was a great attorney. I had very serious charges filed against me and she basically saved my life and career. She obtained a Misdemeanor A plea on a 2nd degree felony charge which was expunged. Perfect outcome. Susanne was very knowledgeable of the laws and how the system works. She seemed very well connected and had a good relationship with the prosecutor and judge which is vital. Almost as important was the way she handled me personally as that period in my life was extremely terrifying. She was always there to help make me feel better, she is extremely understanding and I felt like she cared about me. Susanne Gustin is highly recommended.

I faced up to 15 years. I hired Susanne after speaking with other attorneys who said my best bet given my charges was jail time and probation. This didn’t sound right to me and Susanne agreed, after her work on my case, no charges were even filed and she was very aggressive in making sure that happened.

Caused me a lot of anxiety for a simple case. Answered the phone while doing several other tasks and I always felt rushed when speaking with Susanne. Not someone I would ever want to represent me or a loved one.

I hired Suzanne Gustin for the preliminary stage of my felony case in 2020. She did not have even 1 face-to-face meeting with me, because of the Covid Dilemma. She would meet me in a parking lot, long enough to collect my payments, then quickly be on her way. I was convinced that she could take my information and possibly prevent the charge from even being filed. Which in my situation, could have very likely been done. And now after discovering the my case site, where I can look at all the information on my case, I've come to learn that she did not even have one conversation with the prosecutor on my behalf. So she got $3,500 from me for doing absolutely nothing. I will say it was hectic times with the covid going on and I can understand a lot of the inability to properly have one-on-one Communications with the prosecutor. I sold my vehicle to come up with most of that money, and my financial struggles continue to this day. I would ask that Suzanne take a look at our agreement and realize that only one side of it was met, and consider a reimbursement of some of my money. I just think it is an injustice to have paid 3500 dollars for nothing.

I couldn’t have picked a better attorney. I’m beyond thankful for all of her hard work and dedication on my case. After completing my end of the deal the department of corrections attempted to violate my agreement. I reached out to Susanne and she took care of it that same night. When my case was all set and done, the state tried to come back and re-open it and Susanne shut that down. Without hesitation and before I even knew it she was on it. Her knowledge and expertise came to light and once again, I got to see what a TOP LAWYER SHE IS! She came back full force, filling an answer that set the tone, it was impressive. Little did I know that, her answer was so good, the prosecutor co-signed on it. Which is shocking and never happens! If that doesn’t scream best of the best, I don’t know what is then. She finally got the state to close my case. By far the best lawyer, I trust her with my life and I recommend her to anyone without a doubt.
