Barbara submitted the application in record time and from start to finish the whole process to get a green card took only a few months. This review is based upon my personal interaction and experience working with Mrs. Gustin as my professional attorney. In my opinion, my decision to hire Mrs. Gustin was a big mistake on my part. Through my involvement in the courts, I felt that she did not in any shape or form represent me or my best interests to the best of her abilities. I believe that I felt I was rushed through the system as if I was just another number added to her client list, an insignificant object, when I needed somebody to speak up, and fight for me, to help me find hope in an impassable time of my life. In my opinion, decisions were made out of durest and fear and I've had to live with those consequences every day of my life. If you are seriously considering hiring Mrs. Gustin to represent you to our judicial system, it is in my personal opinion that you should look elsewhere. Again, this review is based on my personal experience and interactions and should be taken into consideration as such.

Had a difficult case that should have been nothing, not an arrest certainly. The problem is once you are arrested you really aren't innocent until proven guilty. Once your arrested good luck on your own, even if you are "barely" guilty. The problem is once convicted you have the same record as someone who beat their spouse and caused bodily harm, for tossing a computer AWAY from anyone. (Yes, not good but a crime?) Susanne was able to walk me through the process and defend me. Yes, I paid fines and classes, but these were minimal in comparison to what others have experienced. Jump forward 2 years. Surprise, surprise, I have a warrant for the above charges. The person that was supposed to close my case at AP&P quit, and my case did not get closed complete as it should have been. I called Susanne and she immediately took my case to the courts for dismissal, which it was. The courts were putting me off until the end of the month. I have a background check requirement for a new job. They aren't going to hire someone with an open warrant. Susanne continues to impress me, worth the money. (She is not the cheapest, just the best.) We are going to work to have these charges expunge in June. I know Susanne will get it done. She know the laws, and she understands the Utah criminal system and courts inside and out.
