We were recommended to Ms. Gustin from a trusted acquaintance. We paid Ms. Gustin $2,500 to help us with a Class B Misdemeanor. She told us initially that the case was simple and that she was sure she could get it dismissed. I was concerned because the agreement appeared to release her from actually helping us, and I expressed this to her. True to the agreement, she mostly ignored our phone calls, didn't give us any encouraging direction, and in the end had us make a plea agreement costing us another $2,500 in court fees and counseling. She treated us as though we were less than nothing. I would give her a zero rating if I could. She probably put in only two hours work on our behalf. Maybe she would speak to her client and work harder if the case is to be very lucrative and well publicized. I would not recommend legal services from Ms. Susanne Gustin.

Susanne was fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer that really does all she can for you. She is very professional and organized. She was able to get a serious charge dropped for me.
