This is a review for Danielle Stephens with Craig Swapp & Associates. My name is Rolayne Hanson. I was injured in a car accident 7 February 2023. I was in a car accident. My car was third in a pile up at a stop light. I suffered a pretty good whiplash. I tried to find help on my own but was getting no where. I was referred to Craig Swapp & Associates. I was very nervous about going to an attorney at first and then I met them. I was interviewed first and then contacted by a lady named Rose. She was my attorney Brad's associate. When I let Rose know what I was going thru, pain wise and what had been done as far as treatment she immediately got to work getting me set up with the proper care that I needed. It took over a year of treatment to get me feeling better. Rose and Brad took care of everything for me. My nervousness and anxiety were gone. They were so helpful. If I couldn’t get a hold of my doctor for what ever reason Rose would step in and make sure everything kept moving forward. This team is awesome to work with. I received a nice settlement and all of the care I needed to get back on my feet. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did for me. I know now that I have a friend in them. And in the future should I find myself in this situation again, they will be my absolute first call. Insurance can be difficult to deal with on your own. These guys get it done!!! Thank you Rose!
