Following up to my review posted earlier. Craig Swapp advised to call them. So I did. He proceeded to go over statistics of positive reviews , what the billing was allowed as, even acknowledged that Siegfried was great about taking over my case, cared nothing about me as a person, what I had to do for myself because my lawyer Chris failed to be honest in his dealings, and didn't care if I contacted the board. I never leave reviews, buy this experience was absolutely horrible in every way. Narcissistic behaviors from lawyers. I am not an angry person. I deal with public and customer service personally over 30 years with 5 star ratings. I dealt with dishonesty, bad misrepresented, laziness of lawyer, condescending attitudes and now my follow up call was to put on "their customer service faces" but doing nothing. I personally handled without the aid of my lawyer: Picking up my own medical records Constant emails with weeks without response or very short responses Narcissistic lawyer behaviors Dishonest billing of allowable hours No response from managers after sending multiple emails Having to file a claim on my own to state of Utah insurance when Chris "suggested" I file complaint to insurance board A caseworker not even assigned for several months and no one responding No follow ups to medical visits unless I emailed them Generic responses and so much more. If anyone reads reviews I may be that 1%, but my case was completely damaged thousands due to how they handled my case. Cheralyn T
