I hired Craig Swapp back in March 2022 due to personal injury case. Chris was "assigned" to me. This literally was the worst decision I could have made. Not only was I billed dishonestly for time he claimed to have managed my work, but was extremely unprofessional and rude. He ended up hurting my case by how he handled the opposing adjustor at insurance company, and there was a gap of two months I had no caseworker or follow ups unbeknownst to me. I would never recommend them to anyone!! I even contacted Chris' boss Roger and never received a response from him. I did alot of my own work including tracking down medical records to filing a complaint with the state insurance commissions. Chris is very abrupt, and still feel dishonesty from all aspects. I tried to give the benefit of doubt after over a year with dealing with such unprofessionalism and ended up firing Craig Swapp and went with Siegfried and Jensen. I would tell everyone beware and go to Siegfried if you want a true and tried compassionate knowledgeable firm. Lesson learned..unfortunately my case represented (or lackof) by Chris cost me $$$$ and 17 months later resolved only due to help of my lawyer at Siegfried. Cheralyn T

I think that I could not have picked a better lawer team of lawers kurt and jenny are the best . all of my medical bills paid.anf I received a nice settlement and I could tell the lawyers were very samart. And paralegals Wher very knowledgeable And cared about and my feelings .Jenny was so nice and supper helpful .And when I ment her she seemed like she reall cared about Me i would most definitely would recommend this lawyers and paralegals. to all of my friends and family. Craig swap and associates has been amazing so far! I slipped and fell on ice and have had a hard recoverydue to having to have surgery and not being able to let my body heal how it needed to having 2 babies. When it happened I had an almost 2 year old and an almost one year old and I couldn’t even be the mom that I wanted to be due to my injury. Rose has been amazing and has kept me in the loop of everything and always updated me on what was going on. She is extremely caring , She is always asking how I’m doing and making sure I’m ok! I’m very glad I chose them for my case. And am looking forward to continuing working with them

I was in a car accident. These guys were at the top of the list to call. They were extremely helpful from the start! I'm unable to drive, so they came to my house. I can honestly say that this team has gone above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions! Brad Anderson is nothing but straight forward and Amanda is more than kind, and very informative! They are so patient with me, considering that this was my first accident, and was so lost! I highly recommend this team! They will definitely take care of you!

Sat here for about 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once I went back with my daughter things were a little better. I’d expect more from the front end staff.
