We have hired this firm for around two years to work on our case. It has cost us just around 20,000 dollars. Not once in the process did we seem like they took us seriously, we had to call and email constantly to get them to reach back out to us, and it seemed like they did the bare minimum once we signed with them. Out lawyer ended up leaving the firm, but before she did we were told we could continue our case with the remaining budget we had in our account. The new lawyer would only move forward if we added an additional 15,000 to our account (this was a surprise) and they gave us the same options and had the same message as we got from our previous lawyer, except they charged 700USD again for this. We lost the case but it would have been nice to have had a responsive legal firm and not felt like we were chasing them all the time. If you are not a high dollar client I am not sure this is the firm you want representing you.

I met with Mr. spiggle himself. He is so wonderful. He explained everything very clearly. I took more than 30 minutes of his time. I asked him several questions he answered everyone of them very patiently & in a very simple manner. I am 100% a satisfied with the meeting. Thank you Mr.Spiggle.

Of course legal matters are never a walk in the park but the folks at Spiggle Law Firm understood the assignment and managed my expectations, they saw my case through and got me the result that I wanted. Do not use this law firm if you expect to be treated with dignity. If you question them at all, they will hound and bully you until you eventually cave, which is ironic, considering they claim to be experts in employment law. I have a disability with serious evidence of the illegal nature of the termination from my employment. Slam dunk. They didn’t want to do the work. My attorney left mid-case. The very things I was accusing my employer of doing? My law firm did exactly that, with no respect for boundaries or my disorder. Her senior attorney took over. This guy was unbelievably disrespectful, I have no idea how he sleeps at night. Nicole Portnov and Francisco Mundaca. Yea. And don’t use the word “negligence” folks. That word hits the sweet spot, even if their firm is actually negligent and does not pay attention to the details of my case. In the end, I worked for the state, and they secured me a measly amount of money, of which I had to pay them 40% of that settlement. Ms. Portnov was a junior attorney who had very little experience, which I expected, considering my contingency agreement. You have to have money if you want real change to occur. I don’t, but I do have a plethora of emails. Please don’t do it. And stop paying for fake reviews, you don’t have that many clients and you know it. False advertisement at its most pathetic. Allow this review to serve as a public notice: worst law firm ever. Saul Goodman could have done a better job as a one man operation. At least he wasn’t afraid of Goliath. All around a disgusting experience.
