I found Robert Law firm online, Robert is a very professional lawyer who always kept me informed of the case status during my employment lawsuit, always fought for my rights in court, so I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case, I highly recommend Robert and his Law Firm.

I recently had the pleasure of being represented by Robert Tucci, an exceptionally skilled attorney, for my separation agreement from my last job. His depth of knowledge and experience shone through every step of the way. As a tough negotiator, Robert ensured that my interests were fiercely protected, preventing me from being taken advantage of. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone in need of legal assistance. Truly a game-changer in my situation.

The Spiggle Law Firm is one of the only law firms that I found who will repent a client that did nothing wrong and was being harassed at work due to using FMLA leave. They have been very thorough with explaining the process and the intake process for the firm was extremely easy. Not having to meet in person but having the option to communicate via phone, portal, and email has been extremely helpful when dealing with an extremely sick spouse.

An unfortunate situation came to light that required legal intervention. I did my research and found a team that was willing and able to support. After much back and forth, I was able to settle and move on with my life.

Everything in this review is truthful. Spiggle Firms response below to my review is how you can expect to be treated if you retain their help. They tell you options of the truth to make you think you can be helped, charge you thousands of dollars, then act like they did all they could to help. Look at the other 1 star reviews and you can see our stories share a similar theme.
I would not recommend spiggle to anyone. After dealing with an employer the was dishonest and knowingly did not pay my salary for over a month, Spiggle told me I had a great case and they could help. After way to many calls with non-lawyers, in that first meeting with a lawyer I was told the best option would be to write a demand letter asking for the full amount owed to me, plus interest, damages of up to 3x what was owed, and my legal fees. I told the team I did not want to spend more on legal fees then I was owed many times throughout the process and specifically asked what would happen if the employer paid the missing paychecks after receiving the letter. they assured me that by hiring them they would negotiate to have legal fees covered at the minimum.
I was paid five days after the letter was sent. I forwarded spiggle the final email my employer sent me and asked if it was best for her to respond. She then spoke to the owner and sent me a summery of the conversation. Two days later I asked if they had any response to the demand letter to which the lawyer said “she did not ask or bring it up in the initial conversation.” My last phone conversation with the legal team was painful. I asked her what the best next steps would be, what my options were, and many other questions that were met with either confusion and lacking confidence. I then asked if it would be best for her to call my employer and see if they planned to respond and begin negotiations. Note, I had to ask her to do that and if it was a smart strategy and she answered with a causal “yes that seems like a good idea and we should see if they would at least pay the legal fee.” She completed the conversation to my former employer and when they said they would not pay anything additional, my legal team said either I need to switch to a $30,000 retainer or my best option was to close my case.
Never once in the many conversations I was a part of with Spiggle was this potential option presented. my legal team said I should be happy with the outcome because I was paid quickly.
Quick summery if you want to spend a lot of money to be taken advantage of after dealing with a bad employer situation then go to Spiggle. If you want a legal team that wants to support you and give you real advice go somewhere else.

The only positive thing was that they responded to my queries quickly and they were polite and professional, which was appreciated. But *everything* required follow up on my part, and then, even a two sentence email was billed at a ridiculous rate. They were definitely more eager to bill me than to advise me about the actual legal strategy or provide me with any substantive legal guidance. They didn’t even spell my name correctly, which is a bit disturbing, given that they are supposed to be a detail-oriented law firm that is paid to review the fine print! It was a complete waste of time, money, and emotional energy, in hindsight. Having worked with other lawyers that have expertise in their fields, I didn’t think the lawyer assigned to me had much of a sense of strategy or was adept at negotiating or providing any kind of expert guidance. Also, because they didn’t proactively follow up on a variety of things, the case continued to be on their books for longer than necessary, for which I continued to be billed, of course! By the time I realized that I should have retained another law firm, I was midway through the process and it was a sunk cost and I just wanted it done without any more emotional trauma. It was a complete waste of money. I would advise others who need legal counsel to go to someone who doesn’t bill hundreds of dollars for two line emails and unnecessary internal administrative tasks (really brief emails shouldn’t take 30-45 minutes of billable hours!). I get that the company needs to make money but some of the charges for the level of basic administrative work that they provided in exchange were truly outrageous. Not a great experience all around.

Yikes! These people are just plain hostile. The receptionist was rather unpleasant. That's fine. Plenty of law firms in the DC area to choose from. Definitely can't recommend this firm.

I booked an appointment for a 15-min phone call appointment with an attorney. It took a week to even be able to schedule an appointment. Then, 48 minutes after the appointment time, someone claiming to be Brenda Caballero called me, but then declared she was not an attorney. Didn't want to answer any of my questions, just wanted me to listen to yet another spiel and book yet another appointment. What's the point of yet another ''appointment' if you won't answer my questions and don't keep your appointments anyways? Not a good vibe to be getting from a lawyer/law firm, or anyone claiming to want to be my advocate.
Edit: I saw that, although too busy to keep my appointment, this firm was very quick to reply to my review here (within 10 min!). Then, apparently, deleted it. Getting the strong impression that they want to waste my time, all while charging me $700/hr for them to go get coffee and chat with co-workers. Run, run away!
