I had the pleasure of working with Shannon Beebe for seven months at the end of a long and complex employment case. Shannon was always able to navigate the layers of the case's complexity, even when they seemed endless, and she invariably got to the bottom of the issues at hand. She was thorough and exceptionally diligent in her work, leaving no stone unturned in her review of the case and no point omitted in her presentation of it. When it came time to discuss settlement, Shannon showed a knack for effective negotiation, knowing how to bring in numbers that all parties could live with. She knew when to be flexible and when to draw a line.
