Writing this review is challenging because my experience exceeded what I thought was even possible. If you’re looking for someone to handle your situation, look no further—Mr. Colbert is the absolute best choice in all honesty! His expertise, passion, and dedication shine through as he guides you every step of the way. Five stars don’t do him justice!

Damon Colbert is top tier! You won’t regret hiring him. In my loved ones case, we learned just how unjust the justice system is. The first attorney we hired was recommended to us by a friend and he completely dropped the ball. Never visited the jail, didn’t answer phone calls, kept us completely out of the loop and failed to produce results. We decided to hire Mr. Colbert just a couple of months before trial and immediately saw the difference. He stepped in and was very attentive, timely, and personable from the day we retained him. He was also affordable. Out of the dozens of attorneys we spoke with, Damon was the only one who didn’t seem motivated by money. He actually cared. He routinely visited the jail at least once a week. We (the family) never felt like we were burdening him with questions or as if we had to chase him down for updates. He always contacted us first as soon as he received updates. He was truly a blessing throughout this whole process. Especially given the fact that he had to pick up the slack of another attorney on such short notice. He did great at trial and presented the evidence clearly and professionally. Even when the prosecutors were twisting facts, he made sure the jury understood the truth. & most importantly the jury found him not-guilty of a charge that he would’ve been facing up to a decade of jail time for. Thank you, again!

I have not personally met Mr Colbert, or seen him in action, however I have recently learned from my second family, how he helped my "nephew" out of what seemed like a bad situation, especially in our Commonwealth state. Its my understanding he was very attentive and thorough before and during the trial. The outcome was in our favor! Thanks Mr. Colbert, you are a breath of fresh air to this family!!

Mr.Colbert is by far the best lawyer I've EVER encountered. I had previously hired a lawyer for my brother who did absolutely nothing for him. I spoke with Mr. Colbert who did not hesitate at all to step in and ultimately cleaned up the previous lawyers mess. Mr. Colbert not only did a spectacular job, he walked us through the whole process and constantly updated my family, my brother who was incarcerated, and myself. Mr. Colbert was very blunt and direct NEVER misleading. He made my family, although a rough time in our lives, feel very comfortable, set the proper expectations, and followed through on everything he said he would do. He visited my brother often whom was incarcerated, answered any and every question he had. I could not have asked for a better lawyer! Mr. Colbert was very strategic throughout the whole process!! My best friend was faced with two assault felony charges in the name of self defense. If convicted, he would have been sentenced with over a decade. Damon represented my best friend during trial with smart and strategic arguments/ proposals. Keeping the courtroom well informed of every detail that led to what took place. My friends and family were able to feel confident and comfortable, as we watched his representation. Which was a relief because leading up to trial we didn’t understand Mr. Colbert’s strategy or approach. But we chose to believe in him, and it all made sense in the end! My best friend walked out of the courtroom with all charges dropped, after months of incarceration! I highly recommend Mr. Colbert, especially for high level cases! 10/10 stars!!!

This man is padding his reviews. I was present and saw this man in action. He was horrible in court. You are such a fraud. Stop with all your fake reviews sir. Hired to represent a close relative of mine and was a complete disaster, showed up late dressed and smelling as though he had just rolled out of bed, did not present our case after months of time to prepare. Double booked, which was disrespectful and disappointing. He had numerous amounts of exhibits that could have been presented but did not present our case at all. Used coercion tactics and was more unprofessional than i have ever seen any attorney in all of my life. Even the judge expressed disdain with how this man conducted himself on the day of our hearing. He was absolutely pathetic and wasted our time and money. He is not the caring professional lawyer he pretends to be at intake when he wants your retainer. He was sloppy and extremely lazy to say the least. Do not hire this man unless you want your money and time severely wasted.
