Erin Smith helped resolve a traffic ticket. She shared her experiences and recommendations to prepare for the best outcome. Erin represented me on a reckless speeding charge. I highly recommend her and could not be happier with the outcome. I spoke with about 20 lawyers over the phone until I got a call back from Erin, while she was still on maternity leave. She was very professional, with great people skills and made me feel at peace while other lawyers were cold and uninterested on what I had to say. Erin is PHENOMENAL. This was my first time ever being pulled over. I called her just a week before my court date (reckless driving). I was so worried. I thought I'd already run out of time! Luckily, she and her staff assured me of otherwise and made the entire process so much easier than I thought it would be. She had the charge reduced to improper driving along with a fine to pay, which definitely beats license suspension.
