Great service was charged with reckless driving RD in VA, Erin was able to get lowered to speeding with no points. I did have a clean record at the time, Erin recommended I take a driver improvement course before the trial. Great service. I did not eaven need to go to court.

Like an ANGEL swooped down and saw I was in need of Mrs Smith! I have worked to get and keep my driving record and one rushed morning and going down a hill and there I was faced with Arlington’s finest having me a ticket... I had a heavy travel schedule and I was able to ha d the matter over and a few weeks later and a small fee to County for court costs and I was free and clear!

Similar to other sentiments, I am really satisfied with Erin Smith's work on my reckless driving charge in Arlington, VA. Even though I am a Florida resident, Erin was able to represent me in court without having me present. She was able to get my reckless driving charge dropped to a speeding ticket. Definitely use her if you got a reckless driving ticket! When I called her for my reckless driving ticket, she explained me everything in detail. I leave in Norfolk and ticket was in Fairfax County court. I didn't needed to drive and everything completed via emails. She took care of everything and turned my reckless into a simple speeding ticket! She was really helpful and made the entire process painless. I cannot recommend her enough, you won't be disappointed!
