I hired Stephen Hall to represent me in a speeding ticket issue in Fairfax County. He was expertly familiar and prepared to assist with this issue, largely due to his prior experience and familiarity with Fairfax County Judges and Police Officers. It was obvious that Stephan was known to and respected by these individuals which allowed him offer pre-trail guidance to prepare for the court date. This allowed us to demonstrate to the court the mitigation measure taken to address this issue, which the Judge and the Police Officer appreciated. Stephen was always prepared to answer questions. His guidance was spot on and the court proceeding occurred as plan with the judgement that was better than expected. Working with Stephen and his team was a positive experience and result.

Given Stephen's background and experience with Fairfax County, he was expertly familiar and prepared to offer legal guidance to address this speeding offense. He offered guidance to help mitigate the charges prior to the second court date, which both the police officer and the judge appreciated and resulted in the judge making a decision that spared the issuance of a much more serve ruling and harsher penalty that would have resulted in a significant increase to insurance coverage. Additionally, Stephen provided excellent communication and guidance to prepare for the court date. He was available and ready to answer any and all questions on this issue. He clearly had experience with these issues and knew the individuals (police officer and judge) involved. It was clear they respected him as a lawyer and trusted his views and recommendations on this matter.

I hired Joe King to defend me in a unique case with a defense that was very difficult to prove. As someone who has never had legal trouble before, I was feeling terrified and hopeless when I first contacted Joe.
