I reached out for a sensitive legal question and Steven was extremely helpful, professional and most of all very quick to respond. I have reached out many times for simple advice and have never had anyone respond so quickly, if at all. If legal representation becomes necessary in my case I will most definitely call this firm.

Steven Krieger and his team are absolutely top notch. I had recurring issues with noisy and stubborn neighbors and after having exhausted literally every option to get them to stop, I had no other choice but to seek legal counsel. After having contacted the Tenant's Rights Center about this issue, they recommended Mr. Krieger by name and he proved to be an expert and then some. To make a very long and painful story short, Mr. Krieger was able to clearly articulate my options and quickly got the ball rolling. Without his advice I wouldn't be here at the finish line about to come out on top. He is very accessible and will return your calls and emails expediently so you always feel like you're his number one client. I recently started a new job and therefore don't have very much vacation saved up, so he happily and ably represented me in my stead when I couldn't break away from work. His rates are also very reasonable and he allowed me to prorate payments so I didn't have to break the bank. Most importantly, he's just a really good, caring, honest guy. I hope I'm never in a situation where I require his services again but if I am, I won't hesitate to call him.

I had an issue with a tenant so I looked for an attorney for help. Since the rental property is located in Springfield Virginia and I now live in Pennsylvania, I thought the distance could pose a problem. As I live in Europe, it was difficult to find a lawyer who could help me with the case in DC. I called the office and got very attentive response immediately. A lady who answered the phone told me I could explain the situation at the first consultation for free and then the lawyer will follow up to decide what to do next. After the call, I received the follow up email with summary of my situation in very clear manner (even if the issue was complicated) and a call from the lawyer, Steven himself on the same day.
