From out of state I had to find legal counsel regarding a landlord who was attempting to falsely misuse and retain all of my security deposit. While I was ok with two deductions from the security deposit, Steven pursued the full amount since the landlord violated my rights in a number of areas including not responding with her itemized deductions within the required time according to the state law.
