I was very pleased with our encounter with Mr. Steven Krieger. We have a potentially sensitive legal issue having been notified by our home builder already 4 months past due on project that he can't touch our project again for another 3 months with "promises" to finish. I highly recommend Steven. First, he generously took time with me before I paid him anything to provide advice on my problem. Even better, when my situation appeared to worsen and I sent him $1,000 retainer, he was generous enough to refund it in full when my matter settled before he had spent a lot of time on it.
