Steven Krieger is a knowledgable professional. I had a great experience working with him. He offered me honest and accurate advice and his staff were very friendly.

Notice how all the fake 5 star reviews that creepy Krieger has here-- have only ever posted 1 or 2 reviews of anything ever. And the one and only thing they've ever wanted to post a review on is about creepy Krieger. Think on that... I am posting a review of my actual experience with Steven Krieger, Sonali Khadilkar & James Towarnicky. I consulted with Steven Krieger in August of 2015 in regards to a custody matter. We discussed detail information as to my case in a flowing email and phone conversations. Steven Krieger recommended that Sonali Khadilkar also join legal efforts on my matter and they often work as a team he said-- good to have a male and female in legal representation he stated in an email to me. I did not retain Krieger and got a better lawyer for the custody matter and a positive outcome. In October 2016, my ex, Shih-Ying Wang, who I was involved in the custody matter informed me that she had retained creepy Krieger. No ethics whatsoever. Constantly lies and cannot be trusted in settlement negoitaions. The other lawyers involved in the matter wouldn't deal with creepy Krieger due to his obvious to everyone but him conflict. My ex then retained another lawyer who works with Krieger to represent herself against me in custody matters. In January 2017, my ex-girlfriend informed me that she had retained Steven Krieger to represent her in her bitter and spiteful efforts to force the sale of my and my kids home or pay their extortion demands; demanding as much as $40,000 through jack-booted lawyer extortion. I bought the house with my money and have paid every bill on it myself. Shih-Ying Wang put none of her own money into the home purchase. Working through Krieger she has attempted to unjustly enrich herself and Krieger to the tune of half of the value of my home. Krieger was granted the court order he requested on May 10, 2017, allowing for the sale of home where I live with my 3 year old son and 12 year old daughter. Then the ball was passed to James Towarnicky to be the lawyer mercenary-- to execute the spiteful court order to sell my kids home. To date August 2018 Steven Krieger is still trying to force the sale of my house or pay an extortion demands. James Towarnicky has inherited the matter and is now running with it threatening to sell my family's home to unjustly enrich a very bitter and spiteful Shih-Ying Wang. Yet Towarnicky has taken no official action so just forever in limbo. In several interactions with Towarnicky since the May 2017 Court order my conclusion is that he's clueless. Spoke to Towarnicky's office several times at the beginning of June 2018 and was told he was about to file some Court motion-- now in August 2018 and Towarnicky still has done nothing. Another lying, useless, lawyer Also to people that might actually read these.. this slime ball has 100+ only 5 star reviews that he's the 2nd coming of Jesus. Really no one ever has had any con to speak of --nothing they didn't like? The 100+ 5 star reviews is the con. If it appears too good to be true it's because it is. Guy is a slime ball. Run away

I highly recommend Krieger Law!

I contacted Krieger Law for a consultation on a tenant/deposit dispute. I spoke with Katarina Nguyen who explained the process, listened to my concern, and provide her honest opinion. She advised that with all the information/evidence I had, I could easily handle the issue in small claims court and would not require her services. She then provided me with all the information necessary (statues/VA tenant law) to cite in court. Armed with this knowledge, I was able to walk into the property manager's office, and articulate the issue with the promise that I'd take them to court... They returned my deposit.

Friendly and Very Helpful

Plenty of no nonsense, good advice in a very friendly, informal and relaxing atmosphere. I really had a feeling Steven wanted to help, and he went out of his way to suggest workable solutions that would enable me to solve my problem... I am sure I can give him all of 5 stars!

Whoever heard of an attorney giving away advice, and good advice. Katarina Nguyen of the Steven Krieger Law firm returned my call providing well grounded advice. She explained clearly and succinctly my options to remove family members from my property. She never once encouraged me to make an appointment to rachet up legal fees but instead earnestly suggested options to follow with a recommendation to give her a call if the recommended plan failed to work. I never expected to walk away from a discussion with an attorney without a hefty fee. This is a first step in resolving property legal disputes. Steven Krieger Law appears to want to reach a solid resolution without breaking anyone's bank account.

Polite, patient, good listener, caring, sincere... Katarina made it look like my issue was her own issue. She listened, gave me time to explain my point from all angles and then advised accordingly. Best of all... I got answers to all my questions over the phone and it was absolutely free! She even called me back when we got disconnected. Thanks!!

Steven was easy going and on point. He's familiar with what needs to be done and his office moves quickly. We had a horrible tenant situation and the eviction process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend his services!

We worked a Tenant/Landlord issue with Mr. Krieger and he was successful in negotiating an Agreement which saved us time, money and stress!

Steven is such an honest and competent attorney. He handled my H1B case, he tells you if you have a case or not and handles everything so professionally. He has an amazing staff and very thorough with everything. If it is needed, he replies promptly to emails even on Sundays!
