I was getting nowhere and Mr. Krieger has been, to say the very least, kind, understanding and most of all -- responsive. This grew into a situation that I was simply not capable of handling. For better or worse I've had to deal with a lot of attorneys in my life. In my opinion Steven exhibits the most important qualities of the best: he's compassionate, he's realistic, he's affordable, he's damn smart, and he is effective. What more can you ask for? I'm already a repeat customer.

Professional, and prompt communication. Willing to help with my case and provide legal advice. The only thing I see is an issue is the $300 consultation fee which I find a bit high.
