As a first-timer at seeking legal consultation, I was very anxious and nervous about how I would be treated, especially since I wasn't sure whether I even had a case. I had tried going to the state for info and advice, I had tried researching on the Internet, I had exhausted all options and I had exhausted myself in the process. So I called the Erlich Law Office. I was touched by how immediately responsive they were to my issue, helping me right away over the phone. Throughout my dealings with them, I found both Mr. Erlich and Mr. Owen to be empathetic and patient. They never made me feel like I was wasting their time and they treated my issue like it actually mattered. They are professional and compassionate. You couldn't ask for a better combination!

Joshua was really professional and empathetic right from our first meeting. It wasn't a great situation to be in, but it was so reassuring having somebody to explain my options and all the really confusing aspects of employment law relating to my issue, and also help me understand what to expect next in the process. He checked in with me frequently, his fee was reasonable, and I felt like he worked really hard for my cause.
