Had the good fortune to work there a number of years ago back when it was just starting. Recently went there again to get a consultation when I had an issue. It’s doubtful you will find someone more knowledgeable or who works harder for his clients. I’d recommend this firm to anyone.

Joshua is a racist attorney and does not like people of color. I spoke with Joshua about an equal opportunity employment case and he told me that I should watch who I'm talking to about cases like mine and he would not be taking on my eoe case and he hung up the phone on me. And now that I'm reading through all the reviews I'm finding that the only people who seem to be satisfied with his work are white people. It's sad to see that we still have people in power that are still so closed minded and feeling like they are superior because of the color of one's skin. Please people of color if you want your case to be handled properly look elsewhere for great representation because you won't find it here. And I pray for Mr.Erlich in hopes that God will touch his heart and ease him of any hatred of self or other people and racism.

Josh believed in my case from the get go and gave me an honest assessment of the strengths and weaknesses. In the end, he helped my strengths win out and I obtained a favorable settlement. He and his team are tireless workers and I highly recommend Erlich Law for any employment issue you may have.

I wanted someone to review my non-compete, and most importantly I needed it done thoroughly and quickly. I’ve hired a few lawyers over my lifetime and this was one of my best experiences. Because I got exactly what I expected. My contract review was fast, we did it over the phone, and he found things I had missed. What else could you ask for?

Very, very strange experience that I do NOT recommend to anybody. I have learned to read the reviews...it will save you the humiliation and time! They took all our information (never returned it) and then never returned calls. After a week or so we thought he may have been tied up or on another case and we showed up just to check in and he went ziggity boom on us? I thought he was going to hit me! Run, don't walk away from this one! UPDATE -> Went somewhere else and won the case! I forgive them but do not recommend them.

Sent in my information and was advised that I would receive follow up in 24 hours. Called and spoke with mast receptionist who Wasn’t very helpful. My issue is time sensitive and have yet to receive follow up. Go somewhere else.

Mr. Erlich took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I highly recommend his legal service.

Let me express my experience first of all when I called they hang up after the second attempt they transferred me to Joshua just have to be honest he was not professional I'm not a good listener I'm not looking to take a case seriously by saying it might another attorney can take your case, do they pick and choose. I'm so disappointed.
