My car lost control due to poor weather conditions despite going much slower than speed limit, at speed of traffic, with new tires. My car went off the road, and I was given a charge of, ‘reckless driving’. In Virginia, any loss of control of vehicle is reckless driving. It is a criminal offense. After taking my case, the outcome Mr. Justice was able to provide was, ‘drive safe for 6 months, and the prosecutor will drop the charges. No payment of court fees’. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

I was pulled over in southern Virginia for not getting in the farthest lane away from a pulled over police officer with his lights on. I was shocked to learn this is a misdemeanor in the state of Virginia. I hired Joel Jackson to represent me in my trial. He was able to get the charge dropped to a traffic violation.
