My daughter was driving near Wytheville, VA when she received a reckless op ticket 91/70. We contacted Joel and he back to me right away and explained my options and potential best case outcome. Needless to say we followed his directions to a tee and he got it reduced to improper driving (best case). The office staff is very responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Joe and his team!

Would recommend Joel to anyone charged with a sex crime or a VT student in general.
Joel got me off rape charges and had my case dismissed without taking any plea agreement or without any repercussions. If you are a VT student he knows the student conduct system very well. If you are his client, he will fight HARD for you.
Joel turned a good rape case against me into an easy acquittal.

Being a commercial driver my CDL record is extremely important to me. After contacting Mr. Jackson, he of course could not give me any guarantees but assured me he felt very strongly he would be able to win my case. I got a ticket on Speeding on Patric Henry Dr. stupid place 4 lane double way with 25mph speed limit.... you know what I am talking about if you living in Blacksburg. Mr Jackson reduced it to non moving violation no points no records with a decent price.
