They represented me for traffic related issue in Smyth County Virginia. The outcome and service was satisfactory.

I was pulled over in November for a 94/65. A very serious case but Joel was able to reduce the reckless driving charge to an improper driving ticket, a VERY good outcome. Joel and his team were very professional and informative throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone in southern Virginia with a traffic ticket.

STAY AWAY especially if you are an out of state driver. Not sure whats worse, the bogus VA speed traps or these lawyer ticket traffic scam services that bilk you of your money for false representation promising at a minimum of a reduction of fines or a lesser charge to reduce points. I work in the transportation industry for a living and lost my job. Not only was I counting on him, I paid 3x the cost of the original ticket and received nothing but a headache. My name is spelled incorrectly in the court documents, little communication never sent any documents, over charged me, never changed my address when it was provided to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Find someone else that doesn't have their cronies post good reviews for them .

His office was able to get a favorable outcome in the driving case and got it reduced to an infraction while avoiding any community service or elevated driver improvement class. Highly recommended in the state of Virginia where driving laws are extremely strict.

On the way to our family vacation to Disney World, driving through VA my husband got stopped in Bland County outside of the tunnel near the WV state line. I learned after investigating the "ticket" given to us by VA State Trooper- this was not just a ticket. This was a Class A Misdemeanor. (I also learned the police in VA do not have to disclose the nature of the citation given for reckless driving). Keep in mind, at 90 in a 70..We were very nervous. However, we were immediately able to relax after our first phone consultation with Joel. Seeing as my husband is in the service and would have been unable to attend his court date, I researched to find the best attorney who knows their way around the courts in Bland County. I am glad we went with Joel Jackson. His associate Rachel Whitacker was able to have the charge of Reckless Driving amended to Improper Control/Driving. This is no longer a criminal offense, and only a traffic infraction. With so much on the line, we are so grateful for Joel and his team. 5 stars isn't enough!

My summons was for 85 mph which is considered criminal reckless driving. Joel's team obtained an acquittal. No points. No increase in insurance rates. No community service. No driving school. No fine. No court fees. (Technically, it was "Nolle Prossed.") Did I mention NO POINTS? The legal fee was money well spent.
