Highly recommend using Jeremy Letnick for representing you in traffic court. He was able to get Reckless Driving by Speed reduced to Failure to Obey Highway Sign. Jeremy was very responsive, honest and professional. He is very upfront with you on what to expect yet still exceeded my expectations by getting final sentence lower violation then expected. Seems very networked with Fairfax County Court Judges, other staff that helps get better results. I appreciate everything Jeremy has done for me.

This review has been long overdue. Jeremy Letnick helped dropped two of my reckless speeding tickets to regular speeding tickets. I found out about the Letnick Law Firm through a friend of mine (who had his DUI record expunged). My first reckless happened in Fairfax back in 2015. I was clocked doing 93 in a 45. I reached out to Jeremy and he immediately referred me to the recommended driver improvement courses and requested for additional documentation regarding my background. On my court day, he met up with me earlier to discuss possible outcomes and what I needed to prepare for. Out of some miracle, he managed to drop that to a regular speeding ticket. Unfortunately, I got myself another reckless speeding citation in 2017. I was clocked doing around 63 in a 25 mph speed zone in Arlington county. I reached out to Jeremy again, and he ran me through the same procedures and processes. I took the recommended driver improvement courses (with the preferred instructors) and prepared all documents for the court day. Lighting struck twice, and again, Jeremy was able to drop this reckless ticket into a speeding ticket. I highly recommend Jeremy Letnick to everyone. I referred my friend to him about a month ago and just received news that Jeremy dropped his reckless ticket last week. His professionalism, promptness, and affordable flat rates are hard to beat. I highly recommend Jeremy Letnick for his excellent services as he diligently got my misdemeanor charge for reckless driving reduced to a speeding infraction. He is persistent with his bargaining skills for the prosecutor and effectively, orchestrated the case for the best outcome. Without Jeremy, I could be facing a misdemeanor charge and high fine/license suspension due to high speed - 37 miles over the speed limit. Thank you so much again Jeremy!!! Mr. Robert Letnick and his assistant, Dee, helped to make the painful process of a divorce quick and very much bearable for me. For those who are just looking at the hourly rate, I'll be upfront: Mr. Letnick's rate is not the lowest in town. However, his high efficiency and positive end result kept the time (i.e., money) he spent on my case at a very reasonable level. In a short period of time, Mr. Letnick managed to obtain a final decree for me just before the tax law changed at the end of 2018. My tax "savings" alone would be almost enough for another divorce should I foolishly go down the same road again...
