Jeremy Letnick and his staff were fabulous to work with regarding a speeding ticket I received over the Thanksgiving weekend. Since I was from out of state I was unable to get back to attend my court date. Jeremy did a great job reprsenting me and my outcome was great. I would highly recommend him.

First, I would like to thank Jeremy for his services. Being a Maryland resident, I was unaware of the seriousness of speeding in the state of Virginia. Even when I went to court the first time, I had no idea that I would need to hire a lawyer. I contacted Jeremy, who clearly and concisely explained to me the seriousness of the violation, as well as how to remedy the situation. I had many questions about the process, in which Jeremy was able to answer immediately. At that point, I knew I was in good hands and that Jeremy would fight for the best outcome in court. He is very well versed in the process, will point you in the right direction in order to satisfy the courts, and will do all of this while making you feel comfortable and confident with the court system. Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to Reckless driving cases. I was caught "allegedly" doing 96 in a 55. after speaking with other lawyers, some of whom would not even take the case due to the high rate of speed. another lawyer said that best case scenario id to 2 days in jail, pay $500, and have my license suspended for 6 months. so I was understandably scared. I did not want to go to jail, nor could I afford to lose my license. Jeremy expertly used all the recourses we had available at the time to paint me in as bright a picture possible to show the judge that this particular case was an anomaly and would never happen again. so my case was knocked down from Reckless Driving in Excess of 80MPH, to "improper driving" so I paid my fine and THATS IT!. DONT LET OTHER LAWYERS FOOL YOU INTO BELIEVING THERES NO HOPE FOR YOU, AND ROPE YOU INTO INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE RETAINERS. Jeremy was affordable, professional, punctual and got the job DONE. Mr. Letnick got my misdemeanor charge reduced to a non-moving traffic infraction which was a God send. From the first moment I spoke to him on the phone, all the anxiety I had from first receiving the citation and thinking about the court appearance had disappeared. Don’t waste your time with any other lawyer, Jeremy is the professional you want to hire. My case; I was a Criminology Student recently graduated, that got a RECKLESS driving MISDEMEANOR Speeding ticket for 89 on 55. Jeremy made the whole process stress free, so I could carry out with my life before the court date. During court he showed up before me, signed me in, told me to wait and that he was there to do everything, he was able get my MISDEMEANOR dropped to a regular speeding ticket. Mr. Letnick's expertise, professionalism, and efficiency put our family at ease after the first shock that our 19 year old's level of 'speeding' in VA was considered a criminal misdemeanor of reckless driving. We are from MA and our son is in the Air Force stationed in SC. Jeremy did not try to 'candy coat' the situation , but clearly informed us what documents would be needed to mitigate the charge and assured us he would do his best to have it reduced to a speeding ticket.
