Jonathan Oates took over my case short notice due to a change in staff in their office. After I had expressed my anxiety he took the time to call and explain the process to me and ensured me he would be working in my best interest. He was kind, attentive and very professional. Wowww I had my court date today and mr. jonathan oates from the law office of Krum gergely & Oates , LLc fought for my case like a Champ and I can see the experience they have in the way he spoke, he won my case when i thought I was lost. Jon Oats is our hero! We had a speeding ticket in Virginia (102 mph). Our neighbor recommended Jon and he returned our call the same day we contacted him. He met with us in person the next day. He walked us through our options and provided us with written guidance to prepare for our court appearance. We had no idea that excessive speed in VA could end up with jail time. His knowledge of the judges was very helpful in deciding how to move forward. After several court appearances, he was masterful in working out an agreement with the prosecutor. This agreement lowered the speed, wiped out the restriction of driving in VA and cleared the charge. We consider ourselves fortunate to have been represented by Jon Oats.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a lawyer! Mr. Oates was always responsive to my email or texts and kept reassuring me he would get this handled and that he did! Walked out of court with no jail time a reduced reckless to speeding with a 100$ fine!!! If your looking for someone to represent you this is the office and he’s the guy!

A little rocky at first, not too much communication before, during or after case. I was skeptical but in the end the result was good. Still shows up on my record but it should pan out.
