Joe was a great attorney, highly recommend him if you find yourself facing traffic-related legal trouble. He performed what I can only describe as some form of verbal magic and managed to plea a rather excessive reckless speeding down to a regular speeding despite my horrendous driving record. Real down to earth guy, and though I'm no expert in the going rates for attorneys his retainer was certainly reasonable IMO.

Although it turned out to be too late for us to engage the S&R Law Firm for my wife's recent offence, the discussion that I just had with Attorney Schaefer was one of the most concise, pleasant, informative, helpful and quickest consultations I have ever had on any topic from any professional. This was my first time contacting Mr. Yoon based on the positive reviews his firm had on Yelp and I am glad to say I had a positive, professional experience with Mr. Yoon. I thought i was charged under the Reckless code section but Mr. Yoon clarified that it actually was a Traffic code charge and something i could prepay and not hire an attorney. That action spoke volumes to me about serving with honesty and integrity and not being taken advantage of. Joseph just recently completed his representation of our son on a DUI charge -- and got all charges dismissed by the judge. Great so far

I hired S&R Law Firm to represent me for a traffic ticket in Fairfax County. I choose them after calling multiple law firms and getting exorbitant quotes and egotistical lawyers. They helped clarify the process and had a fair price. Well worth the investment as they got an outstanding outcome in court. Should I need their services I would 100% use them again.
