Jad is the Man, I was wrongfully charged with assault and Unlawful Entry. Upon contacting attorneys Jad was the only one I talked to who was willing to take an unconventional approach to get me off the charges. He contacted the accuser directly and offered him a cash settlement. At first the accuser played hardball but he eventually called back and took the money just like Jad said he would. Was in the process of hiring Ms. Banks to handle our case due to a so called mortgage law firm stating they would refinance our house. We paid them $3900 and they never contacted our bank. Unfortunately, we lost our house, because we contacted her to late; however we did get our money back, the lawyer has been disabled and we are part of a class action suit with the feds. She is very caring, and knowledgeable; a very effective trial lawyer. I believe, its because she really cares about you personally and fights like a prize boxer in the court room for you.

Sequitta Banks came in the court room very quiet and calm but once the Judge said let's begin she was on fire the first witness was the mother of my son Mrs Banks ripped through her and brung all the lies out of her she was so swift and straight to the point it felt like I had won the case already even though it just started, lol after Mrs Banks demolished everyone who got up to testify against me she definitely made it clear for the Judge to rule in my favor giving me custody of my son. I know being a man it was not going to be easy to gain custody because usually the mother would have to be on drugs or abusive to the child that was not the case for us she did not spend enough time in his life she just wanted to collect a check for her own personal gain.
