OMG where do I start......This lady goes above and beyond to get things done. She treats your case as if she was in your shoes. She always keeps you in the loop and is very organized. I went through a weird custody battle with my son's father and we had a great outcome. Mrs. Banks is definantly well worth every penny and she is extremely resonable. If you are going through a custody battle wether you are the mother or father, I would highly recommend Mrs. Banks. I am extremely happy with our outcome and how great of an attorney she has been. I had reckless driving and no registration charges against me. When I sought Ms. Banks' counsel, she carefully listened to everything I said, and told me how she would take care of the situation. At the day of the hearing, Ms. Banks used her superior negotiation skills with the prosecutor and the police officer to dismiss the registration charge and reduce the reckless driving to a simple traffic offense, just like she said! If it weren't for Ms. Banks, I would've been convicted of a misdemeanor offense, in addition to a much higher fine. Thank you so much, Ms. Banks!

I was extremely happy with the results of my case. At first I was skeptical but Mr. Hicks really did a wonderful job and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. What do my title mean? An active lawyer. I've work with many lawyers and they claimed being on my case. Later,I found it to be untrue. Being active means being a listener of my entire situation and following through with actions. Ms. Banks work my case as if it was her only case. I know that she had many more cases. I've witness her having two to three cases a week but never lost track of my case. Her prices was very reasonable and fair. She handled my custody case with common sense and her knowledge of the law. We all know that custody cases can be very emotional. Ms. Banks comforted me with her approach and her powerful presence. Her professionalism and her ability to access my case on what direction it needed to go was like a movie. Ms Sequitta Banks is very passionate about her work as a lawyer and operates in the court of law like Mike Jordan handle his business on the basketball court. I have worked with multiple attorneys while trying to establish custody of my daughter and have her name legally changed. I was dealing with a Father who was in another state and over time the goal had become impossible. I was very disappointed and hopeless to say the least... until I met Mrs. Banks. Our initial consult went very well. She listened, asked questions and within 30 minutes told me that she would help me get this done. I believe that most attorneys were resistant because of the work involved and the unfamiliar boundaries this would entail. Sequitta Banks was very different. She said that she had never dealt with a situation like this, but was not apprehensive about giving it a "Go". I knew when I hung up the phone that I had finally found the one that would see this through. Her energy, passion and commitment was evident during this call and stayed persistent throughout our work together. Like... after all this- you are not going to grill him... I was beyond confused?? After the ruling (which was in my favor), we were walking out and I said- Why did you make that choice? She told me that through all of our conversations- she knew that the man that we were dealing with was a manipulator and she decided to not give him one extra opportunity to try and sway the Judge. This was genius to me. It was confirmed then and there that - Yes, she did truly understand. I hugged Mrs. Banks as we walked out and she seemed as genuinely excited as I was, for she knew the weight that this carried for me. If you watch Scandal then you will understand this- Sequitta Banks is DC's "real" Olivia Pope! If you don't watch- this just means that she is the one that you have been looking for!! :)

Jad made my DUI case dismissed without any fine! highly recommend this guy!
