I hired Jad to defend my Reckless Driving 92. He was able to get my Reckless Driving 92 down to speeding 87. He is very knowledgeable and very skillful. Before hiring him I consulted with few lawyers. They all were expensive and seemed not reliable. I would highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing. Thank you Jad!

Mrs. Banks did everything for my divorce case. Mrs. Banks is not only an amazing attorney, she is also a sincere nice person. She paid close attention to every single detail. The lawyers here did a phenomenal job with my dad. He was cited for a minor traffic violation in Fairfax County. Not only did Mr. Sarsour get the ticket dropped he cited the law and had the judge looking it up during court and siding with my father and Mr. Sarsour. Highly recommended!

The first time I met with Ms Banks, I thought she might not be tough enough for my case. She was very polite and sweet in the consult, took lots of notes and listened to me. Boy was I wrong. She was like a pit bull dealing with my ex huband who stole from our children and me. He was trying to get out of paying me child support and support and she did not back down even when his attorney used my job against me (I have to work long hours now and taking care of 2 kids is hard). Ms Banks ran circles around that guy and I will be forever grateful. She is top notch.

I would just like to say Mr. Hicks has been representing my husband for over 20 years whether in criminal or traffic court and has always done an outstanding job. Recently when my best friend needed a lawyer my husband told me to refer her to Mr. Hicks. In which all charges were reduced with a very happy outcome. I have been a client of Mr. Hicks since 1999. Whenever your freedom is at stake, nothing but the best defense is acceptable. This is why I only recommend Mr. Hicks. Mr. Hicks defended me a number of times. Every time the outcome was favorable and better than what I had hoped for. While the outcome is the most important factor, it is not the only critical one. For my peace of mind it was critical that my attorney do the following: 1. Answer my calls or return them w/in 1 day, 2. Care about my case as if it were as important as more serious and more lucrative cases, 3. Be completely honest and not attempt to give false hope of favorable outcomes, and 4. Treat me with respect (the authorities treat you like you’re already guilty, what good is an attorney who does the same and does not believe your innocence?). Hello, My case was a complicated international custody case. Before I secured the services of Ms. Banks, I was working with an attorney that didn't show empathy for my case and was terrible at getting back to me. Then, I started looking for a new attorney and interviewed three family law practitioners. Of the three, Ms. Banks was the only one that showed compassion, competency and had a grasp of the facts of the case in our first meeting. During the entire process, the communication was great. Ms. Banks (or her Legal Assistant, Ms. Asghar) would follow up with me over the phone or via email, and they would always return my calls. Ms. Asghar was equally competent as she was the one dealing with service of process overseas. There were ups and downs during the process but during the hearing we obtained sole and full custody for my children which was more than what we anticipated. I was in a very bad situation that could have ruined my future, but after my first visit to Mr. Hicks' office, I knew everything was going to be alright. Mr. Hicks reassured me and told me that I would be well taken care of and that he would defend me to the best of his ability. He was true to his word, and got me out of that situation. I hired Sequitta Banks, and her team when It was all most to late, I had made so many mistakes with another attorney and by representing myself that when we finally got to trial I was not allowed any witness and or documents, e-mails, pictures, etc. The other side had a high power attorney that was on the cover of magazines as the up and coming attorney of the year, and she had a three ring binder full of e-mails, and expert witness that testified against us. In the end we won 100% custody of my little girl. Seuquitta found other ways to get evidence introduced, and brought the truth to life.
