Time was of the essence as Plaintiff had placed a lien on our property which was due to close in 10 days. Ms Thomas welcomed my input and was methodical in attending to all the steps required. Her assistant was very responsive, and Ms Thomas was as well. Plaintiff’s attorney was from a large law firm and we can only hope that Plaintiff paid their attorney big money.
