Ms. Thomas handled a landlord/tenant case for my adult son who has a disability. I felt comfortable with her from the beginning. She took her time during the intake to really listen to my concerns. She asked pertinent questions. Once she took the case, she did careful research and identified the issues. She identified all of the defenses available to my son. She looked at all aspects of his case, including human rights issues, federal and state agencies and laws. She worked out an agreement that was accepted by opposing counsel.
