Mr. Kublan is a phenomenal attorney. He represented me in a divorce and custody case. This was a complicated case and a very emotional one for me. Mr. Kublan calmed my fears and instilled confidence in me when he laid out our decisive plan of action. All his predictions were very honest, he never gave me false expectations. I am so thankful for the support, time and effort that Mr. Kublan put in my case. He is focused, organized, efficient and very responsive. During the most stressful time of my life, his guidance, legal expertise and confident demeanor made me feel at ease. He developed a strategy and explained to me the step-by-step course of action. NOT RECOMMEND! Going to report to Virginia State Bar. Unfortunately I have case for work authorization renewal and I can tell that Nana Babington only care about payment and nothing else! She is not lawyer, she is paralegal who might not even have VA lawyer license! Office dirty and documents stored as trash in big piles all over desks and other surfaces. She didn’t send me my case physical copies and said I can just print them. Didn’t notify me when documents was submitted and didn’t notified me that timeline was changed by USCIS. Complete silence and ignoring any requests. Students or her daughter (not sure) who answer phone rude and doesn’t care about any urgency. So unprofessional! I hope controlling department will check this place for license. PS. In comment below Mrs. Babington didn’t respond to most important part of my review that she 1)didn’t provide me physical copy of my case and ignored my request to do so(all other law offices always provide it because it is a rule) 2) Didn’t give me ANY update on my case and that USCIS changed timeline! She just IGNORES everyone who is not important on her opinion !
