In 2013, I retained Mr. Andrei Kublan for several different cases related to my very complicated, multi-jurisdictional divorce. I found that working with him and hiring him to represent me was one of the smartest decisions I have made. We worked together as a team where we worked very closely together through each step of my legal battle and in each step of the way, throughout the course of the 7 months we worked together, he provided such incredibly substantial support lending to the successful conclusion of my case, all of which was support that was both wise and informative. He provided advise on strategy and approach for my legal matter that not only helped support the desired outcome I was aiming for, but provided such outstanding focus to my case that the outcome exceeded my expectations. The Virginia legal system is extremely complex and with little to no exposure or understanding of the Virginia judicial system, my rights or my options, Mr. Kublan expressed excitement to immediately (as the occasion would arise) educate me on the laws, impacts and ramifications related to my legal matter and took the time to do so without making me feel rushed or hurried which was very important to me. I am of the personality that likes to stay informed, asks several questions and take a proactive stance on my matters, however, I felt completely at ease knowing that Mr. Kublan was handling my case and felt very reassured that he was always consistently and always available to answer any and all of my questions. I cannot say enough about how courteous Mr. Kublan was with me and how he was with the way he spoke to me, ensuring that every single one my questions were answered thoroughly, in addition to going the extra mile to get back to me in a timely manner no matter what his schedule looked like and no matter what other schedule conflicts he had, he never allowed me to wait more than mere hours for a response as he even sometimes responded to me after hours and on weekends. This sent a strong message to me that my case was important to their office and they are going to do whatever it takes to support me. In terms of compensation for Mr. Kublan's services, his prices are extremely reasonable and more than fair. He quoted me exceptional rates and he really worked hard to make sure it was affordable to me, which was extremely important to me. His staff is professional, helpful and very kind in their follow up and administrative assistance. I felt extremely comfortable working with them and also felt as though working with them was an extension of Mr. Kublan himself since they were so diligent in their follow up and took the onus upon themselves to personally remain on top of the latest status of my case. If I addressed any questions with Mr. Kublan's staff, they worked hard to get back to me as quickly as possible. I honestly could not expect a greater level of customer service anywhere. The theme was reliably consistent, both Mr. Kublan and his staff were very quick to inform me of the latest updates in my case before I would even inquire. They were dependable and honest about any status that would unfold is was one of the most important factors for me and I never had to state the importance of this variable. Overall, I found his legal counsel to be absolutely invaluable during such a very difficult period in my life, the most difficult period. I felt relaxed to have my legal matter in his care as strong trust was seamlessly established from the very beginning. It's reassuring not to have to worry, as Mr. Kublan is extremely knowledgeable about the law and thoroughly versed with a wealth of experience in a variety of legal issues. His demeanor is always extremely pleasant and professional and I found that he always goes the extra mile and exceeds any expectations.

He filed all the documents for my case that i could not even imagine that those documents are essential for application.
