We needed to do some estate planning and I have been reading the email blog "The Senex" for about a year and found that I agreed with much of what this firm has been discussing regarding estate planning. The office staff was easy to approach and when we went for the 'free consultation' I was impressed by how thoroughly the attorney (Bennie Walls, Esq. & Samuel Wickstrom, Esq.) had prepared for our meeting. It was relaxed and easy going, not easy when you are discussing end of life issues and family complications. It took only about 3 weeks for our documents. When we came in to sign--the review was thorough and completely un-rushed. Items were clarified and we left with a very workable estate plan. I've had several questions for clarification and the responses back have been almost instantaneous.
