After my husband passed away and I was working through the legal process,I knew I needed to have my will, medical directive and power of attorney rewritten. I was given the name of Mr Bennie Wall. He was so professional and compassionate and took care of all my legal matters. He also told me some other things I could do to make things easier for my children when I pass. I really appreciate all his help. Everyone in his office is so helpful. I highly recommend this office and Mr Wall.

Our experience with Carrell Blanton has been excellent, first with Jon Osler and now with Bennie Wall. Throughout our journey in setting up a family trust, they patiently answered questions and made changes to address our concerns so that we ended up with a realistic trust document that was understandable to all trustees. Along the way, they dealt with other related issues with a smile (no doubt gritting their teeth a bit). Very easy process start to finish. I met with my attorney (Bennie Walls) initially to go over all aspects of estate management. I returned a few weeks later. Everything is provided in a binder that is conveniently tabbed. We went through the binder, signed paperwork and it was done. I'm left with a little homework: providing accounts, changing beneficiaries to the trust, etc. I expected that. Completely worth the investment. Highly reccommend!

We found the lawyer we worked with to be very personable, who took his time and explained everything clearly. He made sure he understood our goals and has set up a Revokable Living Trust for us. We highly recommend him and the firm.

I recently did a restatement of my Living Trust with Carrell Blanton Ferris. My original was done by Ferris but the combined firm is excellent, very professional and thorough. I attended one of their seminars to review the process with Bennie Wall and he is terrific and easy to work with.
