We were both unfamiliar with the process or specifics and Bennie was excellent at understanding what our needs and concerns were, explaining our options, and guiding us through the process. Not sure how these people have so many 5 star reviews. The girl who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Not to mention the $1000 fee just for a consult to speak with them. My husband passed away unexpectedly and I’m raising our child on my own and all she could offer was that the service I needed that they provided was expensive with a oh well attitude. Total turn off. They will never get my business!

Jon Osler is amazing. It's not just that he is extremely knowledgeable about estate planning laws (one would expect this from an estate planning attorney), but he has the ability to explain complex issues in a way that you can understand them without being condescending or patronizing. His manner is very welcoming, it's clear that he really cares about you and that he will go the extra mile to make sure all bases are covered. He led us through the entire estate-planning process, took the time to answer all of our questions, set up conference calls with us and a successor trustee to answer his questions, and continues to help us even AFTER he had our check! I cannot say enough good things about Jon and our experience with him and his staff. Highly recommended!

Let me say that I rarely write reviews, but I am making an exception for this Law Firm, especially praise and appreciation for the attorney that took time to speak with me, Jonathan Osler (Jon). From the first step inside their Fredericksburg, Va office, I felt at ease and welcomed. I was not kept waiting at all, Jon quickly joined me in the conference room. After telling him my basics and why I was there, he quickly and thoroughly explained options to me for my estate plan, and I couldn't have been more appreciative. He was friendly, yet professional and I was totally comfortable speaking with him about personal matters in my family dynamic. I HIGHLY recommend this firm and especially Jon Osler. After our conversation, I asked him for his card so I could have it obviously for myself, but also so that I could refer him to my friends and other family members who may need his services. I feel in such good hands. When he left me briefly to get a card for me, I found myself saying out loud (to no one!) "I feel so much better now." I can't recommend this firm highly enough. They are the REAL DEAL!
