Attorney Nicole Gram made our estate planning process very straightforward and clear. She explained everything thoroughly and addressed all of our concerns. She was kind and friendly and very efficient, and her staff were the same. Nicole is also quick to respond to our e-mails. We feel so fortunate that we found her! I am so grateful to have found Smith/Strong PLC. I needed to update my Will since I was having an unplanned surgery and they made sure everything was in place for me immediately. I am giving 1 star because, my Lawyer did mistakes and he didn't even acknowledge that. 1. He didn't review the child support calculation. The opponent made error and never looked at it. Know I am paying more since my income was inflated withe error in adding.
2. When I reviewed my documents after closing, the opponent had only one piece of pay stubs. No w2, no tax return. Instead, he asked my two year worth of income. So what should I do now? I am paying $144.00 extra a month after paying thousands of dollars for services Mr. Keith failed to provide.

Patrick is absolutely fantastic! He helped us set up a will and trust so our children don’t experience what I just went through losing my dad. He made the process super simple and easy to understand! He was very patient with any questions we had and he’s very personable - Maria, his paralegal, is just as sweet and always made sure he was aware of any questions we may have had after the appointments (or before) and getting us on his schedule in a timely fashion.

I had a great experience! I worked with Charles Shumaker, and his paralegal TJ. They were both wonderful to work with. Easy to get a hold of, responsive, communicative, and helpful. They helped me with my divorce. Charles worked closely with me to make sure verbiage in documents were specific and appropriate, he was available for any questions I had, and he made the process easy. Highly recommend Smith Strong, and in particular Charles Shumaker and TJ!
