R. Penn was extraordinary throughout the entire process. Our 18-yr-old son received two speeding tickets (including one for reckless driving) within a two month period, and we hired Penn to help us through the process. His services were very affordable, and Penn helped us create a biography, secure character and work references, as well as begin community service in advance of the court date. While our son had to complete two driving courses and maintain a clean record for 6 months following the second court date, the felony charge was ultimately dropped. Most importantly, Penn worked hard to communicate with our son throughout the process to make it a learning and growth opportunity for him as well. We were so thankful for Penn!

As a single father Penn Bain is the man to see here. He diligently presented my arguments to the court who wouldn't hear me because I was a man in family court.
