Mr. Bain, I can’t thank you enough sir, very impressive. previous employer ended taking assault charges on me a year ago, after defending myself in Loudoun county. I began to realize that I’m not going to win this, I thought easy case as I had photos of him with a weapon attacking me. Anyways judge found me guilty sentence was 30 days in jail, probation, mental health evaluation, ADS, I immediately applied the judge’s decision hired a different attorney prior to Mr. Bain that never met with me once, and sends me to the court myself to ask for a jury trial 4hours, judge looks at me like it doesn’t work this way. My response was, this is what my attorney informed me to state sir, my apologies. He says we don’t have an attorney retained for you at this time anyways, would you like to continue for more information on Council? I have no choice your honor yes please! Contact this attorney again he says he will appear on the next court date, 👍 great!! I’m excited he’s coming I’m in good hands he assured me. Never shows to that court date also, only on phone and claims he will represent me in this case. They scheduled my court date to June 30th, and when I call on the 29th to find out the time for the 30th, the lady at the court says there no more court on the 30th it was today at 9am, also the judge has issued a bench warrant for your arrest, I immediately ran to the jail to sort this out, they state that they don’t have paper work from the courts yet. That’s how fast I ran there 😒. They tell me to go to the court house go there explain my situation. They than place me under arrest and hold me with no bond, or bail. I’m freaking out at this point, My girlfriend finds me Mr. Bain what a blessing, a truly skilled professional, and got me out out that mess in 8 days, to what they were telling me in there I could have been in there for about a month or two sheesh 🙄!! Anyways Mr. came and did his magic, and boom 🤯 they drop the charge to minor trespassing, with 30 days in jail 30 days suspended upon good behavior, plus some court fines. And I’m now free as a bird with no more worries!! Thanks again Mr. Bain. I will most definitely be using if may be in the future.
