Worth every penny. I presented Mr. Penn Bain with a tough case and he produced a truly miraculous outcome for me. Mr. Bain was patient, knowledgeable and a total boss when it came down to the wire. He takes no B/S. Beyond working miracles in the courtroom, he thoroughly prepared me throughout the process and left no stone unturned when it came to answering my questions. Louise, whom I spoke with on the phone multiple times was always compassionate, helpful and efficient. Mr. Bain and his team are highly professional and I can never thank them enough for what they have done for me.

I read a few Google Reviews on this firm and decided to reach out to them about a traffic ticket I received. Because I pride myself on my stellar driving record, it was important for me to keep it that way. I called the firm and was transferred to a wonderful woman named Louise. I told Louise my issue, and that I completely forgot my court date was scheduled for the same day. She took no time in reaching out to Attorney Penn Bain. Penn happened to be in court at the time, so Louise sent him a text. A little while later Penn called me directly, asked me what happened, a little about myself as a basic human being and what would be a favorable outcome for me. He didn't make any promises but he did let me know what an ideal outcome would be, and how he planned on achieving it. A few hours later Penn emailed me confirming the outcome of the ticket was what we both aimed for during our earlier conversation. The experience I had was phenomenal,. Not at any time did I feel stress or concern based on the conversations I had with both Louise and Penn. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only to they work as hard as they can to provide you with the best outcome, but they also express genuine care for your specific issue through providing concierge like service.

I can not speak for all attorneys at this practice, because I only had experience with (Robert Sproul) one representative. I have the upmost gratitude for Rob Sproul, after representing me in my recent trial. The outcome ended in our favor. Though this case wasn't as intuitive as many, he was honest, clear, and open about, the outcome, options, and contract prior to the trial date. I would strongly recommend Mr. Sproul.
