I had been in a tailspin for quite some time - avoiding the obvious. I needed to file for bankruptcy and I was terrified. I met with an attorney and I felt like 'just another case' to them. To me - this decision was tough and it was personal. I did some research and decided to make an appointment with Mr. Robert Brandt. He made me feel comfortable and helped me take a step back and look at my situation - in order to make the best decision for me. He walked me through the process from beginning to end and made sure I felt comfortable. He assisted me with the paperwork and answered every single question I had - and believe me....I had a lot of them. I am so happy with my decision and I feel like I have a chance to start over without the stress that was taking a huge toll on my life. I would highly recommend Mr. Brandt to anyone even thinking about this process. It doesn't have to be a nightmare if you are working with the right attorney.

Awesome!!! What I thought would be the scariest decision of my life turned out to be the most painless one (and I'm chicken **** for pain). :) Robert was funny, easygoing, and he worked quickly. Anyone going through a bankruptcy in VA should look no further than Robert. He always made sure to reply to our phone calls or emails and always respected our time. So glad I made the decision to go with him.

Robert Brandt has represented me successfully on a couple of cases not bankruptcy related. I originally met him when my house was underwater and I had also lost my job and was totally devastated. He heard my story; he empathized, sympathized and gave me the absolute honest advice that was appropriate for my situation. This was pro bono!!He did not direct me to bankruptcy since it was not beneficial to me. His honesty and care made me hire him for other situations that came later. First let me say that Mr Robert Brandt made my Bankrupcy experience very easy going.I was very nervous because i, never filed bankrupcy before.After meeting with Mr Brandt for the first time,i knew he was the Bankrupcy lawyer for me.He talks to you like a friend, not just another client,he asks about how you and your family are,and just made me feel like he is concerned about your well being.i can go on and on about how great Mr Brandt is,but im going to end this by saying.I would definatly use Mr Brandt again.

Robert Brandt is the consumate professional. A difficult series of life events left me 24 hours from a forclosure sale of my home.
