Call him now! Like must of us, I didn’t foresee myself going through this stressful and overwhelming process of a bankruptcy. Just like everyone else in America life’s circumstances can change that. However; the experience and knowledge that Robert has is unmatched. He is respected in the court room and a genuine down to earth honest man. Even if you can find someone to handle your case for a few dollars less it’s not worth it. He is worth every penny and honestly more! Do not trust this law group, shady business practices

We recently went through an extremely difficult financial situation, and hired Robert. At first I was skeptical, but in reviewing all the reviews I went ahead as he was very close and convenient to my home. Long story short, he worked diligently and convinced the court to let us keep our house, with considerable equity, AND he convinced the court to let us pay 1/10th the value of our financed car to redeem it as well! We could not be happier with his service and character. I highly recommend him.

Worth every penny. If you're even considering bankruptcy then give this man a call and you will surely find out if it is the right decision. i've never been in a court situation before where i needed to hire a lawyer in my life. Other lawyers told me that i will not win- that's it's just not going to happen , but i COULD NOT accept that. After meeting with the man, i felt confident that he is master at his craft. He listens, get the case perfect, communicates well, and fights like a Champiom in court! Now, after i needed a lawyer to fight for me and my family, i am FOREVER indebted to Attorney Mr. Joseph Beale for winning my very tough case!! The man had time for me on the weekends, and would even meet with me at his home office due to my work schedule. The gentleman focuses like a bald eagle (but has great hair:) and his mood is cheery at he same time. i really don't know what to say, except I am truly forever indebted to him. He may not realize this, but the good he does echos after the office doors close and he goes home. My Beale ought to be tremendously proud of his contributions to society.
