Recently I got a speeding/reckless ticket by going 92/55 in Fairfax County. Per John's recommendation I did the following: -Spent $400 in driving classes (over 8hrs) -Spent $200 to get speed rating that was favorable to our case (88/92) -Got letter of recommendation from my employer - Got driving record from DMV with 0 points After a month I came to a realization that John has passed my case to his associate, Jeffrey Clark, who was very short with me on the phone. I already had two continuances due to being outside of the country; therefore, third court date was our final chance to defend the case. Jeffery spoke to the prosecutor but the prosecutor offered 6 months suspension + no jail time. It was then, that I realized that Jeffry was inexperience and had little or no relationship with prosecutes and the judge - Specially for case like this. We decided to take the case in front of the judge (Take the risk of going to jail) and I got 2 months suspensions only. Better than prosecutor which can be translated to that I PROBOBLY didn't needed an expensive Lawyer. having paid the highest fee in the area, I would have expected that John himself to defend my case instead of his associates. Additionally, my last conversation with him was very unpleasant and this review is mainly could have been avoided if he was nice about it. I would suggest for traffic violations use other vendors who do this regularly and treat it more seriously.

I was working with another attorney for my chapter 7 case. prior to meeting with Robert.My previous attorney was very deceptive and gave me false information about the entire case.I was finally denied chapter 7 .Thats when , I hired Robert to assist me with my case.I found Robert very professional ,knowledgeable and willing to work a case that was a real mess.He gave me excellent suggestions, which help me get a payment plan with the trustee and was able to get back an restart my life. He is friend for life and someone, I highly recommend.He gives you undivided attention and follows up .

The greatest asset of a lawyer is their ability to speak. Andrew Raldolphi, is absolutely unprofessional and incompetent when it comes to actually defending your case. He was actually stuttering infront of the Judge. Amongst many other issues, just to keep it short, I would not recommend this firm.
