I have worked with a few attorneys in my lifetime with mixed success. And I never really knew what they were doing on my behalf. Until I found Destin. I have been incredibly pleased and delighted by Destin Valine. I recently needed to find a local attorney to represent me in a civil matter. I probably spoke with 5 or 6 attorneys and none impressed me except Destin. Once hired to represent me, he asked me thoughtful and in depth questions regarding the matter and immediately started his team working on my behalf. There was a bit of a time crunch involved, Destin didn’t file for an extension-he got the work done in a timely and professional manner. There were multiple defendants with their own attorneys involved and Destin’s demurrer brought up relevant points that the other attorneys eventually used for their own clients. The case was dismissed with prejudice and I am confident that Destin and his team and their hard work are responsible for that decision. I highly recommend the Earley Legal Group for your defense. My attorney was Mark Earley Jr. and he was exceptional. I was originally cited for a reckless operation for possibly exceeding 80 mph, which is a misdemeanor. Mr. Earley worked magic with the judge so I ended up with defective equipment, which is a non-moving, no point, civil infraction!
