If you are looking for an amazing Attorney, Don is it! Don took on our custody case on short notice and did not disappoint. He is fair, reasonable, and truly fought for the best interest of the children involved. He is always quick to respond and kept us in the loop every step of the way. David Daugherty was/is amazing. He helped us with a criminal case that (we thought) was a bit of an over reach with law enforcement. Not only did he recognize that there might have been a reach, he was knowledgeable about the specific department and officer. David obviously knows everything that goes on in the three different agencies in PWC. Not only does he have the knowledge, but is able to navigate it. We were so lucky to not only find him, but secure him as our attorney. We will always owe him a debt, if you find yourself in a predicament, I promise using/ calling David will be the best choice

I was recommended by my manager he said he is the best lawyer in DMV Area! When he told me that I was like oh no it is going to be very expensive! To be honest Mr. Daugherty is one of the best and he has helped me out through two reckless driving back to back and got it dismissed! Pricing is very very affordable!
