David was amazing very professional lawyer not out to get over on you.I retained David for a misdemeanor charge was very up front with him about what happen he gave me a budget friendly price that I was more than happy with.Court date arrived charges was dismissed David agreed to refund me my money which was great.Big ups to his staff in the office they are very polite and patient with dealing with clients.

Donald Daugherty is probably the best experienced lawyer you're going to find for civil or criminal cases. He's in that courtroom arena everyday and knows how the judges think. Mr. Daugherty is genuinely caring about his clients. His fees are reasonable. If you are concerned, look at it this way -- the money he saved me was 10 times what I paid. There are no guarantees when one steps into a courtroom. Even a judge can get up on the wrong side of bed. But, if you have to walk into a courtroom, you want a super lawyer like Mr. Daugherty who knows how to get the other party to accept a pre-hearing agreement in your favor or present your case with common sense and good arguments that is going to have a judge rule favorably for you. That courtroom experience is invaluable. The bottom line is that you want Mr. Daugherty on your side.

David Daughtrey was very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to his practice. I had a First time misdemeanor of marijuana possession and defective equipment. He was able to get me a extremely good deal with only light hours of community service for a dismissal agreement, VS facing other harsh consequences. Also being able to have the charged expunged after it’s dismissed. I highly recommend David at Daughtrey law firm!!!!!!

I definitely recommend David as someone you can trust with your case. From the very beginning he put me at ease by explaining everything and answering my questions....he responded to my texts AFTER hours and even on the weekend!! Wow. I am not even sure where to begin with the level of service we received from David Daugherty. My Husband and I got into a pretty bad accident back in June of last year where he was unfortunately charged with the accident. I was hurt pretty bad and we spend MONTHS in therapy and I’m still not right unfortunately so adding to the fact that my Husband could potentially be held civilly liable, I was a little bit of a mess. We hired one attorney who had stellar reviews. Bad decision. My husband’s case got continued and I let out a few tears as I just wanted this to be over. THAT attorney who I wish I could name made me feel completely out of line for having an emotional reaction outside of the courtroom. He made my reaction more intense by making fun of me in the courthouse. I reached out to another fantastic lawyer, Andi Geloo who told me about Mr. Daugherty. From the moment we explained our situation to him, he was very (very) reassuring that he would take over the case and more importantly take care of my Husband. He held to his word. When we finally went for our court date with the cop and all, he met preemptively with everyone and got an agreement to dismiss the case. The judge agreed and the case was finally dismissed. David went above and beyond to calm our concerns. His professionalism is top notch and I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re looking and searching, just stop here. He’s worth it. Trust me.
