I recommend Michael Pignone because I had a dui case and he worked very hard to help my case. Being this was my second offense he was very clear and straight forward with the outcome. He is very understanding and truly cares about the people he represents and takes his cases very serious. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a situation. I was given a restricted license for 6 months and have to do classes. I have to be honest I feared jail time but he truly investigated my case and help with me having to do just those two things. He is awesome and worked with me all the way through and specially understanding my situation.

I had a great experience with mr. lindsey, I got a reckless driving ticket driving through south 95 (90 on a 65) into manassas and a trooper had pulled me over, not only did i have a restricted license but i also had a pending case going on and this reckless driving ticket couldve violated my terms of good behavior but after a couple of court dates Mr. Lindsey managed to get my whole charge dropped and i didn’t even have to pay for court fees. He communicated very well to me what could possibly happen in this case and what he could do to help and suggested community service work with a vehicle calibration and communicated to the trooper what i had already done in order to get this ticket dropped and the trooper agreed and let the whole thing go. If youre looking for an attorney for a reckless charge Mr. Lindsey is your best choice! He also worked with me with payments and was super flexible and understanding as im a college student and had to pay out of my own pocket.

Andrew Lindsey worked a miracle for me. I was in a BAD situation. I drive for a living and the airport police were trying to charge me with a bogus misdemeanor based on where I was parked. I received RD speeding tickets for 85 on 65 limit and summoned to court. Since I live in New York, I need an attorney to represent me in court and I am glad I hired Andrew Lindsey. Unlike other law firms where assistants call you and ask you to collect so many items before you can talk to a lawyer (DMV record, Driver Improvement, Speedometer Calibration, Character Letters, they even asked me if I can do Community Service…), Andrew personally called me after I contacted his firm. In 10 minutes, he explained what he can do which getting my case dismissed and only ask me to take the Driver Improvement online class. I can tell right away that he has lot of experience and know what he is doing. He gave me his cell number and email and always got back to me quickly every time I needed to ask him anything. When the court date arrived, I didn’t have to show up in court and received his call at the end of the day informing my case has been dismissed. I have to pay court fee but that’s about it. I could not be happier.

Andrew Lindsey is such an amazing lawyer, very easy to work with! I got. Reckless ticket and I was expecting rorbthebticketbto he dropped to a regular ticket but wow Mr Andrew worked his magic and my reckless ticket reduced to just “defective equipment “ which counts as no negative points towards me!! Had a great experience overall. Tracy was patient and understanding and walked me thru every step from what to expect in court to a great ending with charges dismissed and no fines. Hope to never be in a similar situation but if I am , Tracy will be my first call.
